Pursuant to FTA regulation 49 C.F.R., Part 673, known as the Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan (PTASP) rule, and Yuba-Sutter Transit's current Agency Safety Plan (ASP), an annual review of the plan is conducted by collaboration of the designated Chief Safety Officer (CSO), the Executive Director, and key staff involved with the plan management and agency safety.
