April 12, 2018, Marysville, CA – Yuba-Sutter Transit is pleased to announce that its enormously popular discount monthly bus pass program has been extended through March 2019.  Thanks to another grant from the Feather River Air Quality Management District (FRAQMD), Yuba-Sutter Transit’s regular $15 monthly discount passes for youth (ages 5 – 18), seniors (age 65 and over) and eligible persons with disabilities are now available for just $5.  These deeply discounted passes are good for unlimited use of Yuba-Sutter Transit’s local fixed route system and all of Yuba-Sutter Transit’s rural routes for a calendar month.  The three rural routes offer limited scheduled service between the Marysville/Yuba City area and Live Oak, Wheatland and the Yuba County Foothills.

Starting July 1, 2018, a Connect Card will be required to take advantage of the $5 monthly pass since paper monthly passes will no longer be available and discount or general monthly  passes will only being available on a Connect Card. New or replacement senior, disabled and youth discount photo Connect Card ID cards are available at the Yuba-Sutter Transit office with valid proof of eligibility while general public connect cards are available at the Yuba and Sutter County Libraries, Yuba College Bookstore, the Yuba-Sutter Transit office or can be ordered online at https://www.connecttransitcard.com/.
